VOLUNTEERS

OkMOM 2023 has received an overwhelming response from the community in the form of volunteers for the upcoming event on February 3rd & 4th. Our need for volunteers has been fulfilled for ALL shifts, which means volunteer registration is now closed. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION THIS YEAR. If you have questions about your volunteer shift please email okmom@okda.org.
Don’t forget to save the date for OkMOM 2024 in Lawton on February 9th and 10th at the Great Plains Coliseum!

Forms

At volunteer check-in, individuals are required to complete a Hepatitis B form and a COVID-19 questionnaire. Click to view the HBV form before check-in.

Any volunteer that is under the age of 18 needs to have the Guardian Waiver form signed by their legal guardian in order to volunteer.

Retired dentists or dentists with a license in a state other than Oklahoma must complete the Special Volunteer License and submit it to the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry prior to the start of the event in order to be eligible to volunteer at OkMOM.
