DEAR OkMOM DONOR,

We’re excited that, for the first time, Oklahoma Mission of Mercy (OkMOM) is happening in Shawnee. Since 2010, this free two-day clinic has seen over 17,381 patients of all ages. Over the years, this amazing service has added up to $14.2 million in donated dental care that could not have happened without the tremendous generosity we’ve seen from donors like you!

As co-chair for 2022 OkMOM I want to say thank you for all the time, money, and supplies you’ve given to OkMOM in the past to bring us where we are today, and I want to ask you to consider donating to OkMOM 2022.

I’ve had the privilege to volunteer as both a lay person and a dental provider, I can say that OkMOM is an overwhelming weekend. Yes, the amount of work and the operation’s sheer volume is astounding, but it is the outpouring of gratitude I feel from every person at the event that leaves me absolutely amazed by this mission: from the volunteers working long hours to the patients receiving care they might otherwise not have access to. It’s an honor to share this event with the Shawnee community I call home, and I am grateful too for the folks all over the state who contribute to making this weekend happen.

Like all of us, 2020 cost these patients something. Continuing to show up for the people of Oklahoma through OkMOM is a measure of relief to our recovering state that you can provide and that they can’t find anywhere else. Please donate and know that the thousands of “thank you”s heard on February 4-5th, 2022, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, will be for you.
